What is the pageant style for Miss Tri-Cities Festivals?
We celebrate beauty! We want you to shine on stage and have fun! Miss Tri-Cities judges will be looking for beauty, glamour and personality. There are no hair & makeup restrictions however, we are NOT a glitz system. Let's have fun!

What will the onstage questions be for ages 8 and up?

What is the Community Service Award?
We are collecting dog food, cat food and kitty litter for The Bridge Home No-Kill Animal Rescue! Food can be donated directly to The Bridge Home No-Ki Animal Rescue prior to pageant day however, YOU MUST GET SIGNED RECEIPTS OF TOT LBS. DONATED AND BRING WITH YOU TO PAGEANT. ONLY RECEIPTS WITH BHNK LETTERHEAD & SIGNATURE CAN BE ACCEPTED. Or you may bring food with you day of pageant (open bags, Ziploc bags, and containers of used food are not acceptable). We will ha volunteers that will help you unload and will hand count your items. Goal is 5,000 pounds. Awards are as follows:
200 pounds = crown.
400 pounds = crown, sash.
600 pounds = crown, sash, medal.
800 pounds = crown, sash, medal, gift.
1,000 pounds = all above + FREE entry fee for Miss Christmas Festivals 2019
*Contestant that donates the most will be crowned MISS JURNEE'S JOURNEY FOUNDATION & receive all above + HUGE crown, photos on website & social media plus invited to special events all year. (must be 1,000 lbs min).

Door entries accepted with $20 late fee - CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY DAY OF PAGEANT (add 2.75% processing fee for credit/debit)
What is Miss Festival Elite?
Vote for your favorite contestant! $1 per vote. Each vote is a donation in that contestant's honor to the Jurnee's Journey Foundation! Top 3 receive crown, sash, major prizes & qualifies for TN state pageant. ANY CONTESTANT(S) THAT OBTAIN 500 OR MORE VOTES WILL RECEIVE $100 CASH + crown & major prizes! Any contestant with 25+ votes will receive prize. Vote online now or at door. Visit wonderimages.org/Elite for more info. OPTIONAL title, does not affect overall beauty score.
If I win Miss Festival Elite, am I eligible to win other awards?
Yes, we double crown! This is an optional category that does not affect your overall beauty score.

*** Excited to announce our official Hair & Makeup vendor for the Miss Tri-Cities Festivals pageant on Sunday, Sept. 15th at Johnson City Country Club is Sevier GLAM! Message them on Facebook to book, or email sblalock6@gmail.com. There are no hair and make up restrictions for this pageant, however, please remember we are not glitz! Please keep it classy, age appropriate is best! Judges will be looking for beauty, glamour, and personality!

What is Photo Supreme?
Photo Supremes will be awarded in age divisions 0-3, 4-9, 10 & up. Bring up to 3 photos day of pageant. 8x10 or 5x7 (Can be in photo protectors. No frames). Please write contestant name & age division on back. We will have photo sleeves available for purchase day a pageant if you need them.
Is a contestant allowed to have someone in the dressing room?
We will have a dressing room available for touch ups. Only 1 person allowed in dressings rooms or backstage with each contestant. NO hair/makeup artists are allowed in the dressing room or backstage, except for Sevier Glam our official HMU vendor. ABSOLUTELY NO MEN OR BOYS OVER THE AGE OF 8 ALLOWED IN THE DRESSING ROOM OR BACKSTAGE. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO DO HAIR & MAKEUP IN BATHROOMS OR HALLWAYS.
Is there a spectator door admission fee?
Yes, $5 for all spectators ages 5 & up.
Will I receive score sheets?
You may pick up score sheets after the pageant. If they are not picked up, then they will be discarded immediately after the pageant.

Where will the judges be from?
The judges will be from out of the area. We do our best to make sure that our judges do not know anyone who is competing. Decisions of judges are final. By signing your entry form you acknowledge our terms and conditions. Signature is required before you can compete. We pride ourselves on being a fair and honest system.
DISCLOSURE: There are NO refunds. Disorderly conduct by parents, spectators, and participants will not be tolerated. Any disorderly persons will be asked to leave the pageant premises immediately. The pageant directors, Wonder Images and all associated parties are NOT responsible for injuries during travel to or from the event, during the event, or for lost or stolen items at the event. We reserve the right to combine or split age divisions. Supreme winners may be asked to attend local community events, and attend the 2020 pageant to crown their successors.
